This day has been a long time coming… Because we wanted infinitely to present you our Cava Pasión Cuvée Brut Nature. With him we inaugurate a series of cavas that will be completed in the coming months with a reserve, which will arrive during the month of October, and a rosé, which we will have with us next spring.

As you can see, the image follows in the wake of our Pasión family of wines, with our characteristic tree full of little hearts, although with a small evolution. And what do we find inside? In this case, an aromatic and very fruity cava, with notes of peach and citrus, as well as fine pastries. On the palate it is very expressive and elegant, with a fresh and creamy mid palate at the same time. It is made with three types of grapes, Chardonnay, Macabeo and Xarel·lo, and we have given it 9 months of aging, of course, being a brut nature, it has no added sugar. Precisely for this reason, it is a cava that is great to accompany any meal.Yes, yes, we already know that we normally associate cava with a final toast and dessert, but in this case, we recommend that you pair it with the main dishes, because it is very worthwhile, especially accompanied by rice, fish, cheese and white meat.

In addition, we give you another fact that makes it special, since like all our wines, Pasión Cuvée Brut Nature is an organic and vegan cava.This is not very common in the world of cavas, and we are especially proud, because it follows in the wake of our philosophy of work in the field, which has always been organically grown and, moreover, sustainable, which is not the same.

We make cava in Requena, where we have 30 hectares of vineyards assigned to the Cava Designation of Origin. The vineyard surrounds our new Calderón winery which, by the way, can already be visited for wine tourism, and where we also have a tasting shop open to the public every day.
