In this unique space, located in a winery dating from 1901 that we have lovingly restored, you can enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant or stay in the hotel overlooking the vineyard. Finca Calderón Enoresort is located next to our winery, in the village of Calderón, 9 kilometres from Requena. With its opening we have expanded the wine tourism services that we have been offering until now, which consisted only of our visits to the winery with wine tasting and pairing, which visitors have rated with 4.9 stars out of 5 in Google reviews. These wine tourism visits are now reinforced with the restaurant and hotel service.
Bodega Sierra Norte’s Finca Calderón Restaurant
Finca Calderón Restaurant is a place for gastronomic enjoyment. In its menu you will find the tradition and culinary richness of the region, with an innovative author’s touch.
In addition to the menu, we have several gastronomic and tasting menus with a selection of our best dishes, which we offer with the possibility of combining them with some of our most select wines.

Tuesday and Wednesday: closed.

Part of the old winery has been converted into a hotel among vineyards. We have 6 double suites and 2 premium suites, all with panoramic views, independent access and private terrace.

If staying at our winery is something you would really like to do, we suggest you go further and complete the experience with our wine tourism experience packs, which include accommodation, a visit to the winery with wine and food tasting and a gastronomic menu.
