There are many wine-related events that we always attend, because we like them and because they are relevant to us. One of them is the Night of Wine of the DOP Valencia, which this year has been held again in the shadow of the Palace of the Arts, a great place where come professional public (restaurants and specialized stores) and the last hours also, by invitation, people that enjoys wine, testing and discovering new brands, wineries, varieties and territories.

Being organized by the DOP Valencia, the wines that took were those that belong to this Denomination of Origin: Pasión de Moscatel, Mariluna white and Mariluna red.

It is curious to see the reaction of the people when they try the wines. We like to observe their expressions when taste them and listen to their comments. Pasión de Moscatel is one of the wines that most conversations generates, because people are very surprised to try it.

Sometimes when a person asks to try a white wine and we offer them ‘Pasión de Moscatel’ there is a high percentage of people who believe that they will find a sweet wine, because the muscat are usually used in sweet wines, and are reluctant to try it. But we always encourage them, we explain that in this case Pasión de Moscatel is a wine that obtains all the aromas of Moscatel grape (white and fruit flowers of apricot and green apple …) but the wine is dry, so it becomes a light and fresh wine, ideal to accompany fish, white meats, pasta, seafood rice … And when they taste it, they always surprise it for good, and we, delighted.
