Since we were born, in 2000, we have been gradually expanding vineyards, and we have been reaching new areas, such as La Roda and Jumilla, where we also have small wineries of own production. But where we have most of the crops and where we make most of our wines is in Camporrobles, in the middle of Bobal territory, that is why this grape, the Bobal, plays a major role in all our red wines from the Utiel-Requena PDO. Therefore, Placer Bobal is one of those appointments that we can not miss and we especially enjoy.

And yesterday, June 19, took place the 2017 edition. And we met again with customers and friends, and also with future customers, sommeliers, restaurants managers and specialized stores that were looking for new wines for their business.

Our novelties this year have been the new vintages of Pasión de Bobal red and rosé, which are wines well recognized by the public. Pasión de Bobal red 2015 has also been the wine chosen by the Regulatory Council to represent the Bobal wines of the entire Denomination of Origin.

We also present the new vintages and the new design of Cerro Bercial, our premium brand. This family of wines is formed by Cerro Bercial Ladera los Cantos (65% Bobal and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon) and Cerro Bercial Blanco Selección (45% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Macabeo). They are wines made with grapes of our best plots and that spend several months in barrel, in the case of red, 18 months, and in the case of white, two. These wines are very fond of their oenological value, and now also for their recently released image.

The Fuenteseca were also present in Placer Bobal. It is our brand of young and ecological wines, consisting of a red, a rosé and a white. Wines also very awarded and surprising in the tasting, by their personality, since they are young but at the same time complex and elegant.
