What is unique about Equilibrio 9 red?
Equilibrio 9 is a wine made only with Monastrell grape, coming from old vineyards of more than 40 years, of ecological cultivation. The harvest is manual, which allows to select only the clusters that contribute acidity, structure and vivacity. Already in the cellar, and after the first fermentation process, the wine goes to a mixed breeding for nine months in second-fill barrels, 60% French oak and 40% American oak.
