Fuenteseca white 2017 has been one of the six wines chosen to represent the Utiel-Requena PDO throughout the next year. It is the first recognition that receives the recently released vintage of Fuenteseca, a young and ecological wine made with Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc.

Each award is a new satisfaction, but the truth is that for any winery it is a great honor that their wines are selected to represent the wine wealth of the entire production area, as is the case.

If you still do not know Fuenteseca white, we are going to present it to you as it would be in a tasting. We are faced with a pale yellow wine with green flashes, bright and clean. On the nose, there are aromas of white flower, tropical fruit, apricot skin and fennel, very complex and elegant. It is a fresh wine in the mouth, broad, unctuous, tasty, with excellent acidity, very balanced, with a long finish and a perfumed aftertaste.

The selected wines were chosen by the Tasting Committee of the Utiel-Requena Regulatory Council through a blind tasting.
