The DO Jumilla has created the documentary El Origen that tells the story about the evolution of this Denomination of Origin, from the vision of the sommeliers José Antonio Navarrete, of the Quique Dacosta Restaurant in Denia, and Juan Luis García, of Casa Marcial in Arriondas. The documentary will be screened at the different gastronomic fairs, but for the moment we have access to the trailer, which in three minutes manages to transmit a great dose of emotion and admiration for the cultivation of the vine and the wines that are made in the DO Jumilla, among them , our Equilibrio joven, Equilibrio 4 and Equilibrio 9, in which the Monastrell is the queen grape.
