The grapes for this vegan and organic cava are sourced from vineyards grown under the organic growing criteria in a balanced, caring and sustainable way. The vineyards’ soils carry great importance, being very active with good biological conditions which favour a fast assimilation of reincorporated organic matter. This enables full terroir expression.

Selection of the best plots that provide us with excellent aromatic and acidity characteristics. The base wines are made separately, but under the same criteria. Grapes are harvested at night and after a light pressing, the free run juice ferments at a controlled temperature of no more than 15ºC, to obtain the maximum potential. Then the two base wines are blended and the second fermentation takes please in the bottle with a further ageing of the wine on the lees for a minimum of 9 months
Pale strawberry colour, clean, with small bubbles forming a slowly evolving string. Aromatic and very fruity, with floral, redcurrant and cherry notes accompanied by hints of honey and toast. On the palate it is powerful and intense, a perfect balance between presence and elegance.
Excellent with rice, fish, seafood and white meats.
Best served between 6º- 8ºC.
