This summer, the usual offer of wines in the restaurants of Paradores Nacionales, will be joined by one more white. Our Equilibrio Sauvignon Blanc! Which has also been the only white wine selected for the summer campaign. The most striking thing is that we repeat privilege, since last year another of our wines, Pasión de Bobal rosé, was also selected.

The election was carried out by a committee of wine experts through blind tasting, in which values ​​such as the color of the wine, the aromas, the drink in the mouth and the final aftertaste were taken into account. After successive tastings, only the wines that obtain the highest score are selected.

Equilibrio Sauvignon Blanc, which has the ecological and vegan certificates, is a Jumilla PDO wine and in its creation six years have been invested, which is the time that it has cost us to obtain in the vineyard the varietal character of the grape we were looking for . The result is a wine that collects all the benefits of this variety of French origin, with the sieve of the extreme climate of the area where it is grown, with poor and limy soils, which bring out the maximum potential of the grape.

In the tasting of Equilibrio Sauvignon Blanc there are aromas of tropical fruit, fennel and white flower. It is a complex and elegant wine, with great freshness and breadth in the mouth, excellent acidity and very balanced. This wine is part of the Equilibrio family, which is completed with Equilibrio joven, Equilibrio 4 and Equilibrio 9, all red and in which the Monastrell, the native grape of the Jumilla PDO, takes center stage.
