We uncork champagne, although we are more of wine ;), because the occasion deserves it and a lot: 4 gold medals in the Challenge of Bordeaux 2018! This french contest, considered one of the most important in the world, has awarded the maximum prize to four of our wines: Pasión de Bobal red, Pasión de Bobal rosé, Cerro Bercial Ladera Los Cantos and Cerro Bercial Blanco Selección. This makes us the best valencian winery rated in the 2018 edition.

This has been recognized by the International Challenge du Vins de Bordeaux in its forty-second edition. And we can not be more happy and proud, since more than five thousand wines from around the world participate in the contest, in a blind tasting valued by 800 experts.

Pasión de Bobal red and Pasión de Bobal rosé are two monovarietal wines in which the only protagonist is the Bobal. In the case of the red, which has 6 months of passage through french oak barrels, the grapes come from old vineyards over 60 years old. The Pasión saga is one of the most lauded, especially Pasión de Bobal red, a wine with many fans, which in the end is the best prize we can have.

The Cerro Bercial are our high-end wines, and still at a great price, since they do not exceed €20. Cerro Bercial Ladera Los Cantos produces the Bobal and Cabernet varieties, both from old vines, with 18 months of aging in French oak barrels. For its part, Cerro Bercial Blanco Selección, in which we find Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo, is an enveloping and creamy wine, the result of two months of aging in French oak barrels on its fine lees, and which combines excellent citrus, flower aromas white and soft toasted.
